Chapter 895 - You Will Be Mine in the Next Life (3)
“Little Sister, have your mother or sister never taught you about making love?”
Mei’er looked up and down and Jun Xiqing again. Even though they were both female, she wanted to get closer to her. So she moved closer and said, “This won’t do. You’ll be tricked by men easily and be taken advantage of in the future!”
Seeing the other woman close in, Jun Xiqing backed away. “Elder Sister Mei’er, I think you’d better worry about yourself.”
“Alright alright, I’ll stop teasing you.” Mei’er took off a bell from her wrist and passed it over to Jun Xiqing. “Since you saved me today, if you’re faced with any trouble in the future, you can come look for me at Ah Jiao’s Room.”
“Look for you at Ah Jiao’s Room?”
“That’s right,” Mei’er said as she appraised Jun Xiqing, “Ah Jiao’s Room is where the men spend their money. Hero, little sister, as long as you come, you’ll definitely become the head hostess of Ah Jiao’s room. I guarantee that all eyes will be on you, including the West Duke, Tang Chenyi’s.”
Battles would be fought because of her beauty. Who would conquer the world for her one day?
Two bright red spots of anger and embarrassment appeared on Jun Xiqing’s white cheeks. “Elder Sister Mei’er, keep talking like that and I’ll stop acknowledging you.”
“…Gu Mohan!”
She glared at him and raised her hands to hit him again.
Gu Mohan flipped his body and pressed onto her. He pulled the blankets over their head. “Mo’er, let’s not sleep alright? I can’t sleep soundly before we have a daughter. We should strike while the iron is still hot!”
Tang Mo’er was speechless.
Tang Mo’er wanted to hit him again, but Gu Mohan suddenly gestured for her to keep quiet. Shh.
Don’t speak!
Tang Mo’er swallowed her words. What’s wrong?
Gu Mohan reached out and pulled the blankets down from his head, then got out of bed. He went over to the balcony and parted to curtains to take a look down. There was movement downstairs. Lanshan Garden was already surrounded!
Gu Mohan’s handsome face turned dark quickly. He changed out of his pajamas and put on a white shirt.
“Is Country A’s East Duke here?” Tang Mo’er’s gentle voice rang out from behind him.
Gu Mohan looked back at her. Tang Mo’er was in a spaghetti-strap nightdress and her white feet were bare.
“Who allowed you to get out of bed? Go back to bed now!”
Gu Mohan frowned unhappily and walked towards her steadily. He picked Tang Mo’er up and brought her back to the bed.
He pulled the silk blankets over Tang Mo’er and stroked her hair. “I’m going to take a look. Sleep here with Niuniu. Don’t you dare come out no matter what happens tonight!”
“No!” Tang Mo’er quickly reached out and wrapped her hands around his neck. “I want to go too! Country A’s affairs concern me as well!”
Gu Mohan’s lips curved upwards and he gave her a smile filled with love. “Don’t tell me you want to go back to the West Palace and marry the North Duke, and then become his queen?”
He was still hung up on that?
She could almost smell his jealousy.
Tang Mo’er got up and moved closer to him, giving him a kiss on his cheek. “In this life, I am only your wife, Mrs Gu. There’s no role for any other man!”
Gu Mohan raised his handsome brows and said, “What a sweet tongue.”
With that he reached out and grabbed hold of the hands she had around his neck, bringing them down. “Mo’er, listen to me alright? Sleep here with Niuniu tonight. I’ll watch this door and protect the two of you. No one will be able to enter.”
Tang Mo’er’s nose turned red as tears welled up in her eyes.
Gu Mohan let her go and continued putting on his clothes. He was wearing a white shirt with black trousers and a bullet proof vest. The vest wrapped tightly over his exquisite torso and made him look extraordinarily dashing.
He stuck a gun into the vest.
Tang Mo’er heard the commotion outside. There would be a fierce battle tonight, but he wasn’t allowing her to go out. He wanted her to sleep peacefully with her son, while he protected them from all danger.
This was Gu Mohan.
Ever since she had decided to follow him, he had given her a sense of safety and security. He had always been protecting her.
Tang Mo’er ripped the blankets off and jumped down from the bed. She didn’t even put on her shoes, and ran straight over to hug him.
