Chapter 95 - Who closed it?
Upon seeing this news, Chu Xuning’s heart which was filled with worry for the past few days instantly settled.
He quickly sent the address, greeted Xie Zhengyuan, and then left immediately.
After watching him leave, Xie Zhengyuan turned on his phone. The international investment competition had already started. He stared at Kyle’s team who was number one on the list for a good while, before muttering to himself. “Sure enough, it turned out just as she expected…”
The moment Chu Xuning reached the ground floor, he saw a large group of reporters.
He thought about it and knew exactly who it was that invited them.
Several rookie reporters immediately surrounded Chu Xuning the moment they saw him, treating him as a member of the Su Corporation.
“Do you still want to work here in Green City? How dare you film him!” The expression of the older reporter turned dark, and he immediately pulled back the young reporter by the collar. He then continued, “I’ve always heard that Su Corporation is partnering with the Chu family. Seems like it wasn’t a rumor…”
The colour drained from Qin Dui’s face. If it were not for his rationality holding him back, he might have fainted on the spot.
“Bring me to her.” Yu Shijin took the phone and stared calmly at him.
Of course, Qin Dui knew who Yu Shijin was speaking about. He did not dare to say anything more.He brought a few people along with him as he staggered to the little black room.
“Wait,” Chu Xuning felt uneasy as he continued, “Where did you guys lock her up in?”
Upon hearing this, Qin Dui’s body felt as if he had lost all energy. His mouth opened and closed, unable to utter a single word.
Just then, a group of people had already reached the little black room.
There was only a metal gate to the room, without any windows.
One could only watch the monitor screen from outside if they wanted to check on the criminal.
Yu Shijin stopped in front of the monitor screen and stared at the footage.
That person’s silhouette was just leaning against the wall.
There was even a handcuff on her.
Everybody there knew how the little black room was like.
This room would not be easily used if it was not for an extremely terrible criminal.
Even the toughest guys would give in after being locked up inside.
However, the person inside was clearly the one who saved Green City.
Yu Shijin’s nails dug deeply into his palms. He slightly turned his head towards the row of people behind him, and asked really calmly, “Who put her in there?”
