Chapter 99 - An Eye For An Eye
Yu Shijin spoke matter-of-factly.
But his words put bitter smiles on the faces of the other four.
“It is still the International Association.” The commander-in-chief saw the rest had their eyes lowered meekly and knew he would have to speak up on their behalf. “Interfering with someone they want just like that, this is not your style.”
They knew Yu Shijin had always kept a very low profile.
“Commander-in-chief, how do you know this is not my style?” Yu Shijin’s lips curled up slightly.
But those pitch-black eyes were devoid of any amusement.
“Master Yu!” All four men were shocked as they glanced up. “Please don’t!”
The chief detective smirked at her before turning to leave. He went to look for Yu Shijin.
“What did they intend to do after locking up Ms Su?” Yu Shijin was in the office of the Bureau Chief, leaning against a chair and looking very relaxed.
Superintendent Hong was well aware of their plans. “They would get Qin Dui to obtain a warrant and seize the Su Family.”
“Do you know what you are supposed to do now?” Yu Shijin placed one hand on the table as he glanced toward the incoming chief detective.
His eyes were full of an icy cruelty.
Without waiting for the chief detective to answer, he spat out the words. “Go and seize the Zhang Corporation.”

Whatever they did, he would return in kind. An eye for an eye.
