Wu Xian’er was shocked by that voice. She quickly prepared for a fight and looked around warily.

“Who are you?”

Wu Xian’er continued to shout.

“The master of Great Green Mountain!” The low voice reverberated through the wilderness. It was like a raging current from the ocean surrounding Wu Xian’er from all directions.

“Great Green Mountain’s Master!” Wu Xian’er was shocked and asked, “Are you that top monster expert?”

There was a top expert from Great Green Mountain which was why they could negotiate with the Feather Transformation God Dynasty for land.

Wu Xian’er didn’t want to meet him anymore because she was afraid!

Wu Xian’er exclaimed, “With only half a body, you are already so strong; if you had a full body, then how strong would you be?”

This was what shocked Wu Xian’er.

“It has been a long time since I was at peak strength!” Demon Frog gave out a sad laugh.

Wu Xian’er asked, “Senior Demon Frog, why did you call me over?”

“Didn’t you want to know about the demon ape race?” Demon Frog said.

“You know about it?” Wu Xian’er asked.

“I know about everything in the Great Green Mountain.” Demon Frog said.

“Senior, please tell me.” Wu Xian’er begged. She wanted to understand what had happened so that she can report it to Li Xiandao.

Demon Frog nodded. He was in the cave beside the waterfall, looking down onto Wu Xian’ers’ small and petite body. “Demon ape race came from the Sant ape bloodline but they anyhow married people and so their bloodline became diluted.”

Wu Xian’er nodded. This was also why Yuanmeng went to borrow the well.

“Although the demon ape race found the Moon Well to activate their bloodline, they still didn’t know how to control it. This resulted in their bloodline becoming thinner and thinner, unable to accept and suppress the energy from the well.” Demon Frog said calmly. He was filled with disdain towards the demon apes.

They had the Moon Well and this still happened. They were just fools who ended up killing themselves.

“So, that was what happened…” Wu Xian’er found it a little awkward. She thought that something had happened, but in the end, they were the ones who killed themselves.

“When the Moon Well activated those lowly bloodline monkeys, they couldn’t handle the energy and all their bodies exploded. A whole race died just like that and the well is just abandoned there.” The Demon Frog added.

Wu Xian’er nodded her head. No wonder Yuanmeng said that she had harmed the race.

Yuanmeng pushed the blame to herself and she felt really guilty about it.

Wu Xian’er said regretfully, “What a waste. Moon Well should have been their good fortune but it ended up as their nightmare.”

Demon Frog shook his head, “If they knew how to use it well to modify their bloodline, then they would be the top race in Great Green Mountain. But with the treasure that they had no idea how to enjoy, it started to harm them instead.”

Wu Xian’er nodded and remembered that in her heart. She looked at Demon Frog and asked, “Can senior tell me why you called me over?”

Demon Frog said, “Do you know why I have been staying in Great Green Mountain?”

Wu Xian’er shook her head.

“In a war 8,000 years ago, I was split into two. Fortunately, I was able to flee here and save myself.” Demon Frog said solemnly.

Wu Xian’er listened on.

“I divined many times and it pointed to you 8,000 years later, Nine Tail Monster Fox!” Demon Frog said.

“Me?” Wu Xian’er looked at the Demon Frog with a weird expression.

“I am only at Transcendent Realm and can’t even compare to one of your fingers. How can I be your chance?” Wu Xian’er was confused and took several steps back.

Demon Frog didn’t care about her action. “It isn’t because of cultivation. For 8,000 years, I have been divinating and the Nine Tail Monster Fox will give me a chance to have a new life. This was why I didn’t leave Great Green Mountain and just waited here quietly.”
