Bank of the Universe

Li Xiandao looked at Zhong Zi Qi and the demon in his head before asking, “So, you want the Bank of the Universe to help you?”

“Help me wipe out this demon. I don’t want it to steal my body. It has entered my mind and I can sense it. Once I leave this place, it will swallow me.” Zhong Zi Qi said anxiously.

Da da da!

Li Xiandao tapped the table and said calmly, “The demon seems really strong. What are you planning to pay for me to wipe out such a strong demon for you?”

Zhong Zi Qi took in a deep breath and said, “I can take out many treasures.”

Li Xiandao looked at him calmly, “No matter how many treasures you have, are they more important than your life?”

“I have a Celestial Artifact!” Zhong Zi Qi said anxiously.

Li Xiandao stopped and his tone changed, “It seems like you need to rely on treasures to protect your life.”

Zhong Zi Qi looked at it carefully and he signed it after confirming that it wasn’t bad for him.

“Settle this demon for me. I feel really panicky. This demon is in my brain and if he sees my secrets, I will have lost a lot.” Zhong Zi Qi said anxiously.

Li Xiandao passed the contract to Seven. He stood up and walked behind Zhong Zi Qi, “It is okay. Just close your eyes.”

Zhong Zi Qi trembled and closed his eyes.

“Relax and just pretend you are sleeping. Once you wake up, everything will be fine.” Li Xiandao said in a relaxed manner.

“I can’t relax!” Zhong Zi Qi was super nervous.

“I am a professional. Trust me.” Li Xiandao said confidently.

“You are professional at what?” Zhong Zi Qi asked carefully.

“I am a professional boss and a part-time, demon-killing expert. But that is okay. I will do it a few more times and get familiar with it.” Li Xiandao said casually.

Zhong Zi Qi’s heart was beating quickly out of fear.

Li Xiandao saw that he couldn’t relax and was very nervous. He frowned and pressed on his neck.

Kacha!

Zhong Zi Qi fainted. Fortunately, Li Xiandao was helping him up and he didn’t fall down.

Seven saw that and said, “Master, this deal is great. A demon that entered the Bank of the Universe in exchange for two Celestial Artifacts and one detailed map of the Nine Skies.”

Li Xiandao took off his mask and smiled, “I told you that I was going to be a cunning merchant.”

The demon entered the Bank of the Universe, so Li Xiandao had full control over it. It was so simple to grab it and then destroy it.

But Zhong Zi Qi didn’t know this and was conned of two Celestial Artifacts and a map.

“Go and take a jade box over.” Li Xiandao told Seven.

“Take a jade box? It’s better to wipe that demon out, casually crushing it.” Seven said directly.

In the Bank of the Universe, Li Xiandao could easily crush that demon.

“Since I am a merchant, I need to increase profits. This demon is strong and crushing it to death is such a waste. Why not keep it and question it? I would gain some other things that way.” Li Xiandao said intelligently.

Seven gave Li Xiandao a sweet smile, “You are a decent merchant.”

She ran to get the jade box and passed it to Li Xiandao.

Li Xiandao took it and grabbed Zhong Zi Qi’s head.

A ball of demonic energy was snatched. It was still unconcious as the power of the Bank of the Universe totally suppressed it.

It wouldn’t wake up in a short time.

Li Xiandao tossed it into the jade box and then closed it. He placed it on the table and wiped his hands. He put on his mask and flicked it.

Zhong Zi Qi slowly opened his eyes and looked at Li Xiandao. He asked in confusion, “How long was I asleep for?”

“Three days.” Li Xiandao said casually. The goal was to let Zhong Zi Qi know that it was tough to save him and that his two Celestial Artifacts were worth it.

In truth, it took a total of less than three minutes from start to finish.

“Three days!” Zhong Zi Qi was shocked.

“I am a professional.” Li Xiandao smiled confidently.
