Whilst he was unable to find the surveillance footage for Heyunshan Resort, he still had control over the footage in his own house.

After watching the footage several times, he found Mo Shiyun’s figure in the footage. However, she appeared in the footage on the next night.
She had deliberately hidden from the surveillance cameras.
Mo Shiyun knew that there was surveillance at the entrance of the Jian Residence. As a result, she picked a spot where she thought that the cameras couldn’t capture her.
However, she didn’t know there were two types of surveillance cameras at the Jian Residence: the ones that were directly visible, and the ones that were hidden.
