Chapter 1359 - The Text From Three Years Ago
Jun Xiqing only had experience with Lu Yeming and similarly, Lu Yeming only had experience with her. Theoretically, they were equally experienced but in actual fact, Jun Xiqing was no match for Lu Yeming.
He knew everything that he should, even his gaze was how a mature man would look at a beautiful woman. He knew how to enjoy himself, but he would never let himself be addicted.
But only when he was Jun Xiqing, he would always fail to control himself.
Somehow, she kindled the desires he had lost all those years ago and it was simply unstoppable, he just couldn’t control himself. He wanted her so badly the first time he saw her three years ago.
Hovering over her ears, his lips grazed them softly as he kissed them, hearing her whimper a soft ‘no’ while she moved around in his arms, trying to push him away.
Jun Xiqing’s body liquefied in his arms. Her face was completely red, like a nourished rose. With her lashes fluttering, she eventually shut her eyes and fell deeper.
She hated herself.
She knew that she still loved him.
“Don’t eat it!”
Mu Yanfeng had bought the popcorn for her, he wouldn’t ever allow her to eat it, not even a single piece.
Well, she ended up not eating even a piece of it since it was all spilled now. She looked at the man, on the verge of tears as she said, “Lu Yeming, what exactly do you want from me? What do you take me for? You’re still planning to confine me, play with my feelings, get me to sleep with you and even give birth to your son?
“I’m at a completely different position now and you can never bully me just like you did before now. I won’t be silly anymore. You’re angry about me meeting Young Master Mu today only because you treat me as an object under your possession. Even if you don’t have any feelings for me, you can’t stand it when another man approaches me.
“But what’s the point of it all? Tell me now, what exactly do you want?”
She was interrogating him.
What exactly did he want?
They were in different positions now. He wasn’t the West Duke and she wasn’t just the youngest daughter of the Jun family. They controlled two different countries, what kind of future could they possibly have?
Or was he just planning to play around with her?
Or did he want her to become his mistress?
It seemed like Lu Yeming only just noticed her teary eyes and he felt a twinge in his chest. It felt like he had been bitten by an ant, though it wasn’t that painful, it was oddly distinct.
He caressed her face gently and answered, “It’s not about me, but rather, you.”
What did he mean?
Jun Xiqing couldn’t understand him.
“The text I sent you three years ago is still valid…”
He looked at her with an incredibly gentle gaze while saying that and Jun Xiqing’s heart thumped. She finally understood it all, he had sent her a text three years ago.
But she hadn’t received it.
Why?
What went wrong?
What was the text about?
Knock knock. Fan Men was outside and he reported, “Your Highness, Her Highness is here.”
Dongfang Ruoli had come.
Jun Xiqing could hear the footsteps outside and soon Dongfang Ruoli’s voice was heard too. “Your Highness.”
Was this place a venue to catch people red-handed in affairs?
Having experienced it once already, Jun Xiqing had no interest in experiencing it a second time.
Pushing Lu Yeming away, she stood up. “President Lu, your wife is here.”
She emphasized the word ‘wife’.
Lu Yeming felt ridiculed, he grabbed her hand and murmured, “She’s not my wife.”
Flinging his hand away, Jun Xiqing retorted, “I’m not interested.”
With that, she left in a huff.
His enigmatic voice came from behind.
“I haven’t registered my marriage with Dongfang Ruoli. Aren’t you really clever? Why don’t you guess why I gave her the false title as Empress?”
