Seeing her space out, he mistakenly thought that she had been offended by his words, so he added to his earlier words with a warm smile on his face.

After chatting with him for a while, she shut down her laptop with a smile on her face.
In a good mood, she grabbed her laptop and left the room with a pep in her step while humming a song.
