Chapter 89 - Irreplaceable Number one big Sister
Qiao Qing ignored him.
Jun Yexuan didn’t mind. His gaze bound on her like spider webs that were deeply invasive.
“You are mine sooner or later. I have my eyes set on you so just accept your fate.”

Then, he no longer bothered her and returned to his own chair.
Qiao Qing’s heart that had been dead for over a decade, felt like a peaceful pond that had just been disturbed by a fallen leaf. The leaf had caused a ripple that grew bigger and bigger.
The next day, Qiao Qing woke up a little late.
She essentially walked into the classroom with Yang Lianfeng when the bell rang.
Yang Lianfeng walked up to his podium, took out a seating chart and glue. After some gluing, he stuck it to the blackboard.
Then, he turned around and held onto the sides of the top of the podium.
“The all-round competition times and seating charts are out. It will happen next Monday. Everyone, after class today, come and take a look to find out where you’ll be taking your exam.”
His words silenced the entire class.
Though everyone’s had thousands of tests since entering the third year of high school, nobody had managed to shed their fear towards exams.
Yang Lianfeng continued, “This will be the last large scale examination before your high school entrance exams. I don’t need to say much about examination rules, just remember that the school does not tolerate any cheating or inappropriate behaviour.”
“You should also treasure yourselves – don’t cause any trouble at a critical time like this. It’s not worth it.”
“I also want to add that the exam questions were not created by teachers from this school so we don’t have the exam papers yet. Therefore, I’m not aware of the difficulty level.”
“However, since there’s the word ‘competition’ in this exam, the questions won’t be easy.”
“Before, only students from the competitive and honor classes wrote this, but since the school had gotten rid of those classes, none of you can get away this time. All of you must participate.”
“Don’t think it’s okay to treat this lightly because the questions may end up being very difficult. After all, you cannot guarantee that your university entrance exams will be easy.”
“For example, the year before last year, all the practice exams were mediocre in difficulty level, so when the actual exams came out, many kids went crazy.”
“Based on the pattern of one easy year and one hard year, the questions this year won’t be easy. So the leaders of this school are placing much focus onto this year’s exams.”
“Therefore, kids, don’t fool around the next few days. Do some reviewing.”
“It’s good to score high on the last practise exam before the real exam. It’ll encourage you and give you more confidence on the actual exam.”
“But…”
Yang Lianfeng paused here and gave Qiao Qing a look.
He then continued, “Some of you, don’t stress too much. Just do your best.”
“It’s not that I don’t trust you. It’s that I’ve taught for many years and know that nobody gets fat from one bite of food and nobody reaches the top with one step.”
“I’ve been young once and know that at your age, it’s normal to make irrational statements.”
“But don’t take what you said too seriously. Nobody else really cares about what you’ve said in the past. After all, if all promises need to be achieved, then the thunder god would be far too busy striking down bastards who do not fulfill their promises.”
After he spoke, everyone laughed. The worried look they had for Qiao Qing relaxed a lot more.
Hou Zibin was the first to howl, “Exactly! Big sis Qiao, whether or not you score first, you will remain the irreplaceable number one big sister to everyone!”
“I support big sis Qiao!”
“You got this, bis sis Qiao!”
“Big sis Qiao, you are the best!”
With Hou Zibin taking the lead, everyone began to pump Qiao Qing up.
Just then, a shrilling chuckle arose by the door.
“What a joke! An entire class of students is supporting an incapable student. Are you asking her to repay you all by getting last?”
Luo Chen hissed, “Zhang Lei, you sit by the door yet you do nothing? How could you let someone uninvolved in our class behave wildly by our door?”
“Your scolding is justified!” Zhang Lei responded. Then, he stood up and slammed the door shut.
With a loud “bam”, the door shut. Outside, a scream emerged.
