The Brilliant Fighting Master

Chapter 987 - The King Grade

This was apparently a group of rich kids from the Realm of Heaven Martial Arts. Brilliant and eye-catching visions arose around them. The energy of some of them was as vast as the sea. Among them, a man and a woman caught Jiang Chen’s attention. They were good-looking and elegant. They were also the strongest in the group. The others were clustered around these two, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

“Why are you here?” He Shou’s gloom disappeared. He beamed, showing his even, white teeth.

“Because Elder Sister Xing Yue missed you.” A pretty teenage girl who looked as warm as sunshine answered with a smile that emphasized her beautiful dimples. He Shou looked toward Xing Yue. She was exactly the type of woman that Jiang Chen paid attention to.

When the two’s eyes met, all the people with them smiled mysteriously. The relationship between He Shou and Xing Yue was apparently not a simple one. Jiang Chen noticed that there was something not right between them, but he could not say what it was.

He Shou introduced his good friends to Jiang Chen. Because of He Shou’s attitude toward Jiang Chen, all of this group of people were curious about who he was. However, as they listened to He Shou’s introduction, they gradually took on odd expressions, while they continued to smile, not saying a word.

He Shou knew these people were too proud to treat Jiang Chen with respect. He felt slightly pressured because of this, but, fortunately, Jiang Chen did not seem to care at all.

“Apprentice Elder Brother.” He Shou looked toward this man in a reserved manner. He had been very cold since they had arrived. Seeing He Shou greet him, he simply nodded. Then they all walked into the house together. Led by an Ancient, they entered a spacious hall. The hall was brightly lit. There were rows of seats. They saw many people were already there. They were all humans who had struck up friendships with the Ancient Race.
