Chapter 121 - : Last Match for Dignity

Inside the Fates Internet Cafe, Chen Mo was controlling three Undead heroes, battling it out with the opposing Orcs.

“Hey, this Orc is pretty good. You wanna kill my Crypt Fiend?

“Burrow.

“You wanna kill my Lich? Frost Armor, then Death Coil.

“You wanna kill my Death Knight? I’ll just run away.

“You wanna surround me? That won’t work.

“Hmm? You wanna run? Take my triple combo!

“Geez, this Shadow Hunter is still struggling?

“Wow, it feels like he’s not even trying, but toying with all these gods!”

“It really feels like Ragnaroc!”

“Has K-god played?”

“K-god can’t play as he has class this afternoon.”

“I think it’s wise for K-god to not play. This Silent guy is crazy, bullying anyone he comes across!”

“All of them have been bullied once right?”

“Nope, there’s still one more.”

“Oh yeah. There’s Goph!”

“Let’s go Goph! Humans, Night Elves and Undead have all fallen, you’re the only one left to defend the honour of the Orcs!”

“My goodness, it really is the battle for honour, Goph losing means that Silent beat the entire army, and Silent would become the best of the best!”

“We can’t allow that to happen!”

This time Chen Mo queued into an Orc player named Goph.

“Hmm?”

The ID was familiar to Chen Mo, it was the highest ranked player who mained Orcs.

“I’m almost at the top already? I feel like I’m stomping all over these people.”

Chen Mo was now at four thousand and twelve points after his long win streak. Beating Goph would allow him to be at the top of the leaderboard.

The chat was going wild

“Goph! The best Orc player is about to play!”

“Wow, it really is the battle among gods like Ragarok! It would go down in history if Silent beat Goph! Getting to the top with straight wins after beating all the pros?”

“Don’t be so sure yet, Goph must’ve done his research. He would lose that easily!”

“Let’s see what he randoms, I think Goph has a chance is SIlent gets Night Elves or Undead!”

“Wow! Night Elves! You’re a prophet!”

“Alright, he has a chance!”

It was commonly accepted that Silent had a high chance of winning if he got Humans or Orcs. He could use tower spam if he got humans, and out probably out skill Goph in a mirror match.

Silent could use Frost Armour Crypt Fiends if he got Undead, and had beat a few other Orc players with the same strategy. All that’s left were Night Elves, as Silent hadn’t played that matchup yet.

Most players felt that Night Elves aren’t good against Orcs as Night Elf units were squishy, the Archers would easily die in three hits from the Blademaster.

Although Demon hunter and mana burn the Blademaster, but it was difficult to get all his mana, furthermore the orcs could use mana potions too.

Moreover, when the Orcs reach the second tier, they could train Raiders and Spirit Walkers. And when combined are very difficult for Elven heroes to play against as they could easily die from a group of them.

Many viewers were happy that Silent might have been overzealous in choosing to random, then being put into an unfavourable matchup.

Many Night Elf players were also watching this match. They found that the matchup against Orcs were difficult, but have never been able to find a way to play around it. Maybe Silent could give them some pointers?

The match was in a four person map, with both players spread quite far apart.

Silent didn’t do the usual farming with Ancient of War, instead walling off his base using buildings.

The Orc’s opening was the usual farming with Blademaster.

The observer was trying their best to provide commentary.

“Silent isn’t using Ancient of War this time, that’s unlike him. Is this some new strategy? Hmm? That building placement is interesting, it seems like it’s meant to block off passage. It’s all placed in a row with plenty of space behind it.

“The Demon Hunter is running straight towards the Orcs, that’s odd. It seems like he has no plans to farm levels at all! Moreover, he only trained an Archer, who is currently sitting in base!”
